Among the many hand-me-downs we were so lucky to get from Anna's little friends Tyler and Hayden was the "notawalker." I know it has another name, but I can never remember what it is.
Anywhoo, it's a big adventure for Annie:

Her daddy was only too happy to help her learn her new toy...and I think he's already working to build his little athlete's legs:
And Oggy was on hand to make sure the baby wasn't left unguarded. :)
15 Weeks!
Sweet baby girl is 15 weeks now! She is filling out so nicely and seems to (in our humble opinions :) get cuter every day!
Lately, she has really been it trying to sit up. When lying down or sitting in a seat, she puts her elbows back and strains to "get up."
She also seems to be developing a really "peaches and cream" complexion. Though it may just be rosy cheeks from our VERY chilly January! :)

Anna: 3 Months Old
Well, the bear pics weren't great this month, but I still love to do them!
She is so funny lying on that thing! Good gauge of how she's grown!
She as an even 12 pounds about a week before this was taken, so I'm guessing she's doubled her birth weight! Yowza! This growing girl is so much fun!

14 Weeks!
Anna is getting less and less interested in these photos sessions.
For this one, she was reallly distracted.
She kept looking over he shoulder.
I guess that's what happens when Dad is juggling your blocks!
Anna laughed for me for the first time this week. She's done it for her dad and her GranDan, but never me, so that was fun.
She keeps growing like a weed and is happy a lot of the time...and will let ya know when she's not!
We are, of course, enjoying every second!

Snow Baby
We've been getting lots of the white stuff here...another first for Anna!We bundled her up in her cute little blue snowsuit...
And tried to teach her to make snow angels.
"I hate snow angels! What do you think this is, Minnesota?? Get me OUT of this snowbank!"
At least Oggy enjoyed it!

First Day of Day Care
Today was a big day for Miss A!
For the first time, we packed up and headed off to daycare! (Gma and Gpa watch her the first part of the week! Are we lucky or what??)
Everyone was excited for Anna's arrival and she was mesmerized by all of the kids and the activity.
She did so well! She ate, slept and observed like a rock star. Word has it the other kiddos were arguing over who got to sit closest to her.
But really, who can blame them? :)

Week 13
I know it seems like I say this every week, but ACK!!! where did the time go??
It was a fun week. We rang in a new year and babykins is growing so fast! It seems like every time we look at her, she's bigger!
These weekly photo shoots are getting to be pretty funny. Again this week, she wasn't so interested in looking at me and smiling.
She checked out her foot...
Gave her bear a knuckle sammich...
...and finally eeked out a grin.
She's started doing a funny thing where she sort of sticks out her tongue. Like this.
It's funny.
She has all sorts of personality...
And talks when she's happy and makes pointed squawks so you know it when she's not!
Her dad and I find her to be pretty darn adorable.
I can't wait to see what the new year brings.
Hopefully, lots of good out-takes.
I think we're off to a good start!

Misc. Holiday Shenanigans
The holiday break brought lots of friends and family! Anna and her parents enjoyed getting to spend time with so many loved ones!
Great Grandma is always excited to arrive and give baby Anna "a squeeze."
She got to meet her cousin Laura for the first time...and Laura's sweet little guy.
GrandDan was here for a week....and I had to give him rules like a child. No poking the baby when she's sleeping. No staring at her until she stirs, then telling me, "she woke up!"
No making faces at the baby in the car when she's drifting off to sleep.
Sheesh.
Our friends the M's from Springfield came and Anna got to meet her little buddy Ayden. His brown eyes are to die for.
And great Uncle Doug was able to hang out for a few days as well!
We sure do miss these two! I hope they make it back again soon.
But it's hard. Those road, you know.
Then.
