The Adventure That Almost Wasn't

So, every year, we head to a church just a few blocks away to buy our pumpkins. They sell them pumpkins to raise money for missions, which we love. They also let us bring Oggy, which we love even more.

This year, we decided we'd put Anna in her stroller, grab Oggy and take a walk to the pumpkin sale.

Um, yeah. Forgetting we don't get to choose how anything works these days.:)

The first time we left, we got 4 houses down, before someone decided there would be no strolling.

We turned around and came home. A diaper change later, we had a sweetly sleeping babe, so we decided to try again.

This time, we made it about 2 blocks.

Headed home again. Deciding that maybe driving would be in our best interest. :)

I got my photos...

..of both of my "babies"

And, in the end, we got our pumpkins!

I love how in the first picture Michael looks like he is carrying her like a football. . .no wonder she started to scream. . .she was trying to tell her daddy that she was not a football!! :-)

Love you guys.

It's amazing how 'you don't get to choose anymore' but you wouldn't have it any other way. I fondly remember those days. The pics of Michael holding Anna provided my Saturday morning giggle.

Enjoy! KS
